UPDATING.

• Worked more today, as Sat-Tues were all either taken up by the slobjob or errands (running to Costco woohoo!). Managed to get about 6 or so MOSTLY uninterrupted hours of pencilling and inking down today. Hope to be home from the slobjob early enough tomorrow night to get 3-4 more hours in inking, but we shall see how that goes. In the meantime, PROGRESS.

Been listening to, and talking about the WTF Podcast with Marc Maron lately. If you’re following my twitter account, you’re probably sick of it. It’s not something I like a heck of a lot, because I find the host mostly annoying and somewhat vile, but he sure does get some good guests. Listened to 3 episodes today, one with Zatch Galifisnatchus, another with H Jon Benjamin, and another with Brendan Small. All of those episodes were far better examples of why I guess people like Maron than I had been exposed to, having only listened to half a dozen episodes of the podcast before, and also seeing him do stand-up on various late night shows over the years. Yeah, not much of a fan.

But if you are a comedy nerd like me, you’ll probably be able to overlook the things about the show that are less fun to listen to (”what the fuckers” and the long, boring intros) and find something to talk about after listening. HALF ASSED ENDORSEMENT!
